It also appears that there are numerous companies / doctors / therapist that will provide whatever documentation you want for a fee, so even If I did get this documentation I'd have to vet if it actually means anything.

I need to warn you that it may be cheaper to higher a therapist than pay the additional fees.I can understand why you feel the need to lash out at me...This was submitted by the same person who posted the following:So, I certainly don't mean to bash appraisers as a whole, though in this case, I had every intent to bash a particular appraiser...As I said earlier, you have done more to support my claims than I ever could.We also have a quote from another poster:I NEVER once claimed to know how to run an appraisal business nor would I want to.

Also as a heads up, in the meantime before you get it replaced, if you're working on any outlets or anything in your home where you want to shut power down, just be aware that tripping the breakers may not actually de-energize the circuits!

All in all, I have found travel medical professionals (not just nurses - think x-ray technicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc) to be great guests who cause no issues and always pay on time and often extend their contracts and thus, their leases.
