Finally a LTR furnished is often furniture only, no furnishings, no dishes, no linens or towels, while a MTR would most often include the same furnishing as a STR.  

I was amazed how much forced advertising was dished out to me as I was logging in for the first time in a long while.

One small oil spill-yes if they didn't notice it was leaking and then got it fixed; but multiple spills means they didn't fix the car.Options to try are baking soda and vinegar or dish soap like dawn that breaks down the oil. 

Like Michael said, I would use a cleaner once a month to clean or biweekly, restock the common area items (like TP, dish soap, etc), and sign up for routine lawn and snow services.

They range from tasty to certain death. 

I want to open a restaurant in the next ten years because I thoroughly enjoy cooking for others and creating amazing dishes.

When I'm not listening to podcasts or doing something business related, I am usually outside, dancing, or learning how to make some tasty new food! 

They've since changed the proof from 86 to 90, so it is a little stronger than I like, but still really tasty.
