I’ve tried eating 1x a day for 1 year (Not healthy for me) and various water fasting protocols to eventually settling on my current lifestyle of: 1)Taking stairs daily 2)Intermittent fasting of 16 hours daily/ 3-4 Day water fasts Quarterly3)Mineral consumption daily using Fulvic Acid, Icelandic Kelp, a powdered Electrolyte to regular water, Spring Water (Minerals are ESSENTIAL to hydration) 4)Daily Fruit consumption 5)Grass Fed, Grass finished Beef 6)Minimal Fried foods (I still LOVE French fries) 7)No seed oils (only Tallow, butter and/or avocado oil) 8)Cut back on white flour and grains (Minimal breads, pastry, pasta) 9)No soda 10)No dairy (Cow’s milk is for baby calfs)11)Minimal alcohol (Maybe Vodka or Tequila RARELY) 12)At lease 7 hours of sleep daily13)No watching CNN, MSNBC, NY TImes, Washington Post, NPR or ABC, NBC, CBS…………….

On entering the bathroom, I discovered the powder, and the odor, were INCHES of talcum powder on the floor where this person apparently "bathed" with the talcum powder, then carried/spread it throughout the apartment.

Well it is just previous SFH we used to live in turned into rentals, my parents knowledge in RE isn’t as good as say our knowledge in the restaurant or business industry. but i get what you’re saying which is why we are trying to pivot whilst we have the nice cash from our business coming in to help fund our deals.The thing with the New Construction is it will take a lot of my powder but i can save it again pretty fast considering the very frugal life i live and the amount i work. but crazy to say some of the time atleast right now in my area new construct is better deal than existing buildings. its crazy ik but its true

Why dont you simply take a smaller % do this deal wtih them but keep your won powder and do your own deal side by side  .. ???
