.🥰 If I had unlimited capital to invest in LA I would invest in older multifamily buildings in Hollywood/WeHo along Franklin Ave, Hollywood Blvd, or Fountain Ave between La Brea and La Cienega.

For the dining furniture in the nicer house, I shelled out and got what seemed to be good stuff but my guests keep breaking the cross bars between the chair legs, staining the cushions, scratching the tabletop, and then just the bolts come loose over time.

You may have to look a little further South in the Fountain area or down into Pueblo to find prices that will work for this strategy.If you are a new investor, you may also consider House Hacking if you enough saved up for a down payment.  

There are triplex and larger listings on the MLS right now in Orange, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Stanton ETC... think INLAND and NORTH county that you could get into for $500,000 down.

@Robert Fountain I am not too familiar with S.S., but it sounds like the bank still would need to accept the offer anyways.
