I've got a couple that have reasonably minor problems with them:1 has a broken fan blade. 

If I feel that it is too excessive such as working with new people, open houses, I typically have a double blade push knife on me.

He can have a camera run down the line to see exactly where the problem is, and if there is a consistent buildup, or a root problem, he should run a cutter blade down the line all the way to the street or septic tank to open it properly.

The hole was there becuase the blades from the lawn service companies would rip the green tops off of irrigation wiring ducts (I guess that is the best way to describe them).About a 3 months ago, my neighbor informed me that they had sent a letter to the hoa stating that they were seeking compensation and that the hoa had responded with a letter stating that is was my resposibilityand not theirs.

Got a call from a tenant telling me that a blade on her ceiling fan flew off and almost hit her.

I couldn't find too much conclusive on the topic here:I was wondering what kind of blinds you use in your rentals for the windows.I am supplying and installing the blinds for a few reasons.So far I have always put in the cheapo vinyl mini blinds, and usually it takes max. a day after move-in until some blades are cracked, broken, missing, you name it.

I can reach in and turn the fan blades by hand and it feels pretty rough.

Justin....Just been here done that...Leverage is a 2 edged sword...Leverage in your business as much as you can...but, personally you should be deleveraging to create personalfreedom....For most starting out those 2 things are one and the same...So, when the business is leveraged.. they are also, personally leveraged...And when the blade flips....You get cut...If you're lucky.. it's just a flesh wound....If your not...

There will be some damage to the door stop as the blade passes through, but it will be minimal if you're careful. 

Tool wise all you need is a angel grinder with a masonry blade to cut and shape regular blocks for the back post.You could also easily replavce all posts yourself with 6 X 6 PT.
