Looking to stimulate some conversation, in hopes that we all can learn something.

That will not allow mortgage rates to drop.In short... this is what happens when the economy is artificially stimulated for longer than is should be.

I like the challenges and intellectual stimulation that comes with this type of job (I work in research and development).

Especially as men get older and gH, testosterone, etc depresses and weight gain (especially in the visceral/lower back area for men) becomes easier and it becomes harder to lose.

It's a puzzle that should induce a coma, but I actually find the thought exercise of it all... stimulating.

Here in Marathon they initially started licensing for free to stimulate the market, now they are MAKING  a killing on license fees and taxes.  

It usually stimulates their curiosity, and usually leads to their next question.

The direct subway stations areas haven"t changed much but the city has put forward a plan to stimulate construction of some 900 units at one of the stations, and the other one has about 700 units wich will be developped next yearNow the city is starting to build a new City of Knowledge" wich is basically going to be University campuses and Education facilities for a few blocks, and all that is beeing built about 500 meters from my building.
