Nine times out of ten, that car is a Toyota or a Honda, the last time it's a large American minivan.It will happen to you again and again in this business that you will meet people who loudly claim they would LOVE to get into real estate, IF THEY ONLY HAD THE MONEY, and then get into a late-model, low-mileage car while you get into your 10-year-old Toyota or Honda beater.When it happens to you, you will be startled at how on point my description is.

Any issues that would startle a lender or complicate the deal in terms of financials-- rental income, net income/cash flow, debt service coverage etc?

When the escrow officer asked her for her driver's license to notarize the deed, she good a startled look on her face (according to my escrow officer), said she left it in the car, left the office and never came back.

I was able to determine that the neighbors are violating the noise code but despite the code's stating that police must measure noise and enforce the code, the police refuse to do anything about the situation.I understand that this noise may not bother some, but I have PTSD as well as a severe chronic health/pain condition and the random loud shrieks cause a startle reaction as well as increased pain, etc.

As of yet my own direction in life had not been firmly set and meandering from one poor job to another finally arrived at a startling epiphany.
