As an example, I went to Italy a few months ago and while I was there I shot over to croatia and montenegro because I heard good things about potential ROI in their real estate markets.Most often they don't offer what I'm looking for on a risk adjusted return basis but every once in awhile I find a sensational opportunity and take advantage of it.  

This business isn't the overnight sensation that youtube cuts it out to be or any other tv show you see on tv.

He likely gets paid on a "per click" basis so he writes sensational articles that will be quickly shared and drive up his income.

Not a great way to try to find a broker, especially with the sensational language that looks like it came out of an MBA program. 

If only we could share the sensation electronically.
