So, I would find a handyman or something who could do that or maybe first just have the cleaning person try a product by hand meant to remove scratches which I think does the same thing but with manual scrubbing.

Looking to see what CRM’s or softwares are out there outside of PropStream or Coles for finding and automating the process of finding scrubbed data for land leads. 

Is cleaning up garbage, scrubbing toilets, fixing broken sinks, carpentry or any of those the highest & best use of your time? 

This will give the lender the ability to scrub the file without having a hard inquiry on your credit.
