I went with Vivint.com they have a great smart home system no wifi needed, streams on your phone in real time anywhere you are, tamper protection, security alerts and motion detectors and will notify policy if you have a break in.

A refinance into an LLC avoids this risk but typically requires a commercial loan with higher rates and stricter terms.If asset protection is the main goal, umbrella insurance may suffice without disrupting financing.

Avoiding the ravages and savages of the divorce court system. 

As a cross-border investor, I'm likely going to need advice on entity structure to protect my liability while also not being double-taxed, I'm going to need to network with experienced investors/property managers/agents in the Cleveland area.

An LLC is useful for two things: anonymity and legal protection.
