Eat Breakfast at Cafe Brasil in Deep Ellum, lunch at someplace in downtown Denison, stop for coffee at Sandwich Hag in the Cedars (Dallas) and then have dinner at Lockhart BBQ in Bishop Arts. 

Sandwich lease options are my fav way to acquire properties with little to no money down.

There are different types of lease options, and the sandwich lease is no longer permitted there. 

For example, a sandwich lease carries some of the same risks that any landlord faces, what I call the tenants and toilets issues. 

Eventually went to Goodwill for my clothes, ate bologna sandwiches for lunch for years (I don’t/won’t now, lol), cut my own hair (still do, because I don’t have a lot of it anyway), we refinished garage sale furniture and sold it, we shoveled driveways, then got into online sales of dvd/blurays (still do it) weekends and nights sending stuff out.

I get your restaurant analogy, but it's wildly flawed, here is how: What your arguing is one would go out and look at a Subway, look at a McDonalds, look at a sandwich truck, look at a "Mom-Pop" Taco joint, look at a fine dining and a spot's bar and a casual fine dining AND THEN decide which to jump in based on some metric of the business.

I like to "sandwich" my properties.
