The last one can be as simple as runners who are local and can help with simple errands to full service property managers.

Hiring a runner and using them as the emergency contact would probably be your best option.

Be prepared to explore virtual assistant, PMS (Property Mgmt Software), direct bookings, project manager, guest experience manager, errand runner/handyman, etc...

I would to to fill/repair with some kind of epoxy that roughly matches color in large part to strengthen those cracks and prevent them from worsening and then cover the center of the stairs with a carpeted runner.

Hire a runner ;DI too would highly suggest putting the wi-fi modem and router, in a place where guests cannot access it!

I would love to have a resource to find trustworthy sources for handyman or runners to a property in a new area.
