I heard rumors.

Many of us in the industry heard rumors and know something was off but I personally had no idea it was this severe.

That said, their website seems current so maybe it's a rumor.

Now is the time to be investing in Wenatchee, Washington.This year the area's first Hydrogen plant is scheduled to start operating a $25,000,000 project.Northwest Natural Gas is putting in a $43,000,000 natural gas plant.In May of this year, the Washington State Port Association awarded The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority The 2024 Job Creator Award for creating jobs in the area.Earlier this year at a state of the economics luncheon it was rumored that the area will have over 25 data centers in the future.I was recently at a community meeting where Helion Spoke about putting in the world's first Fusion plant.

They signed on anchor store spaces and asked for millions in TI, typically to do modest updates to physical property, a lot of it for merchandise, and rumors are the rest went into Steve's and Barry's pocket.

I’ve heard Rockford may be looking at the same but that’s just a rumor. 

They were hearing rumors that assessments were coming down the pike to the tune of $100K. 

Rumors suggest she has separated from Ben Affleck and that ticket sales were poor, jeopardizing her Las Vegas residency.
