I've been told that due to "Force Majuere".Force majeure is a common clause in contracts which essentially frees both parties from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, epidemic or sudden legal changes prevents one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract.

A lot of people are leaving the cities and flocking to rural areas now, due to not only the pandemic, but to escape riots which there may be more of leading up to and post-Election Day.

The competing argument says we can keep printing money forever, many times in history people have thought that this will work and it always ends in hyper-inflation and the devastation of the economy, if we continue down the money printing path at the rate we are going we will begin to see continuous double-digit inflation which will create significant civil unrest and rioting, point to the rioting in the 60s and 70s in America and Britain as an example of this, or the rioting in the Weimar Republic in the 30s, or the rioting in Venezuela the last few years. 

Are there more homeless/druggies near the strip than usual, yes probably due to covid and joblessness and evictions and people having nothing to do but loot and riot.

I beleive we have 2-3 weeks max before everything starts to fall apart.Everything falling apart means what, looting and rioting in the streets?  

As we're currently seeing with the riots and looting, many people take advantage of bad situations.

Ultimately, I plan on using my own insurance broker, but he is having issues getting the paperwork filed efficiently given the pandemic and riots.

Now im not trying to start a political debate but after months of being hit the hardest by Covid-19 and now Riots where commercial real estate is being targeted and destroyed are any of my bigger pockets friends still considering investing in Commercial Buildings (not apartments) or Commercial in the inner cities?
