None of these have motorized deadbolts - they simply unlocked the deadbolt and the user has to turn a lever to retract the bolt.

I know that on the residential side the process is pretty structured, but how does it work on the commercial step by step before you actually sign a purchase and sale agreement, that is you are expressing your interest to purchase and documenting what you need from the seller but before you make any non-retractable commitment?

They should have no problem sharing the original application with certain information retracted (date of birth, social, driver's license, etc.)I use a screening score sheet.

Is there any risk of getting into trouble with the appraiser or bank, or having them retract or change our loan terms?

I have had people retract from my deals because of other investors making higher offers.
