Sharing the same refrigerator and thermostat with strangers is a lot easier said than done...

I am looking into replacing a refrigerator and I have narrowed it down to LG or Whirlpool.

It kept running out of refrigerant after refills and now the entire system just shut off. 1.

I’ve had to replace 3 refrigerators in 5 years on 25 units but they were very old.

I am not involved in any REITs but if I were I would have this post printed and hanging on the side of my refrigerator :)

While all of this may seem obvious, I have personally encountered all of it in flips in my market, so clearly not every flipper thinks about something as basic as "can my refrigerator door open all the way?".

Appliances included are a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

Same as refrigerator or ceiling fan.
