I recently relocated to Arizona, drawn by its rapid industrial growth, particularly in high-potential sectors such as semiconductors and electric vehicles.What I Bring to the Table:I have hands-on experience as a real estate agent during my college years and am currently exploring opportunities to transfer my license to Arizona.

Not a tourist destination, but very popular and is experiencing rapid growth.

More affordable, growing, but not that much going on (IMO).

This allows my portfolio to grow, keeps rents coming in, and keep my costs low.

To achieve this, I’m planning to scale rapidly by performing a couple of syndications to acquire a larger portfolio.I currently have a portfolio of 17 properties, but to justify labor costs and create a sustainable structure, I need to expand quickly.

Pretty incredible how rapid the demand has increased in the past 12 months especially.
