They must provide quality service, or their clients won't want to pay the price.

I’m talking about upper middle class quality furniture and furnishings withEVERYTHING included.  

Nobody is asking anybody to give up anything.What I am trying to ask is: from my experience, there is no positive cash flow that actually is really positive.

For the most part, due to interest rates, breaking the 1% cap rate still won't provide positive return after expenses.
