Sharing the same refrigerator and thermostat with strangers is a lot easier said than done...

I have a smart thermostat, so I will reset the temp on the app after a guest leaves, and check my smart lock app to make sure the door is locked (I have found guests forgot to lock it a few times). 

I spoke to the manager or whatever he is of Northpoint and he confirmed I was correct and the new manager was incorrect on the dates.When they decided to move out I didn’t know they moved out until I noticed that my smart thermostat in the home was offline and AEP told me there was a disconnect scheduled.

It isn't currently good enough to replace programmers, but it is being used by knowledgeable ones to become more efficient, and with they knowledge that they need to double check everything presented.

The people who write it are backend programmers, their is no user interface or anything, it is a raw portal, All systems with an API are like this and they are very convent if you have someone who knows how to use them.

So I was thinking that would lead to more "Can you come over and show me how to work the thermostat/tv remote/wifi/hot tub/etc".

A programmable thermostat, receptacles that have USB ports; there are lots of things that improve your property, don't cost a lot of cash & are kind of nice to have. 

Bitcoin is 3 things, programmable money, store of value and yes a capital asset as you can earn interest on it and now get a loan on it. 

Existing boiler can still serve one-Additional Thermostats-Tenants willing to add Gas to their lease terms.

I currently work in the Information Technology sector as a programmer analyst and am looking to start this exciting adventure toward financial independence using real estate as the vehicle.
