It’s great for showing hundreds of forum posts which my phone doesn’t do such a good job of showing as many posts through the website.

Even if you hire a PM you have to constantly coordinate all of this, and next thing you know, every month you are hearing about doing this repair or not, tree branches, sewer system, and evicting tenants.

I am calling the phone numbers in these ads asking if the owner is interested in selling the property.

There used to be, but they stopped supporting it, so if you switched phones and needed to download the app again, you'd be out of luck.

They purposely do not have any means of speaking to someone live over a phone.

What happened is i was flagged enough that my phone number was shut down.

I went with Vivint.com they have a great smart home system no wifi needed, streams on your phone in real time anywhere you are, tamper protection, security alerts and motion detectors and will notify policy if you have a break in.
