Why more people don't use these is astonishing to me...We need more educated people like yourself sharing the good news!

Also, a good number of people see wholesaling as acting as an unlicensed agent getting net commissions (which are illegal for agents) so some see it as illegitimate entirely.

Are there really that many available high paying jobs in the area to absorb these people? 

Remember, it's not about meeting all the right people; it's about meeting ALL the people.  

Basically, they give people information or access to information and they allow people to learn the information at their own pace or not.

Even if he's scamming people, it's OK because he's helping people out???

I know Hunter is busy, but it seems like something more needs to be in place for people that have just onboarded, though maybe I'm just not being patient enough as I'm sure they onboarded a surge of people in conjunction with the really excellent production.  

Your market is expensive, I wouldn't look for normal working class people as your target customers.
