I mean anyone can describe how its done. but can it actually be done in the real world..Been around money and investors for 40 years.. it takes some time.. investors want to know you have pedigree and training... rookie investors that don't really know the score you can fool them

Lots of hedge funds as you know have jumped into different aspects of RE , especially buying the glut of foreclosed homes etc.. and I have dealt with a few of them personally and all of the young guns had pedigree educations as Don states..
