Maybe ask that same contractor for a time frame on the rehab, and then pad a few weeks, because something always comes up.

When a market becomes saturated with the same message, the effectiveness of the hokey, 'aww shucks, all I have is this measly legal pad and red pen (hell, I even use this pad as a coaster for my coffee!)

This gave us a nice opportunity to run the new plumbing ground work, install a backflow regulator on our sewer line (nice to have on a 1915 house), and move the front and back sump pumps into a better position-Framed and finished the basement into the Airbnb unit-Dug the backyard down and installed a retaining wall at parking pad as well as a small deck and set of stairs off the rear entrance to the house that leads down to the parking pad-Opened up the main floor and removed a few non load-bearing walls.

Some of my photos include launches or the Space Center, and I have goofy write up material such as “There is a lot of activity at the Space Coast Launch Pad as we prepare for your arrival…” and I give directions on what to do upon “re-entry” such as take out the trash.

My current problem is - I will drive by a handful of homes I want to write letters to, I will write down the address on a note pad, find the pad a week later and forget why I wrote down the addresses.
