But there has to be some upper limit on medical costs in the US especially that outcomes at a broad level are not really improving given the headwinds of obesity etc, even if you can make a tenuous case for better outcomes in a given cancer (I spent hours researching this recently).Young doctors will get themselves into mega debt to go to medical school if there is the promise of making it back through the high pay specialities.

We live in one of the only countries on earth where even poor people can be obese, so  if they want to start their own business or pursue some other passion while they are young, then as long as they aren't a burden on their parents or taxpayers, why judge them?

I modified two of my new builds this year to accommodate this requirement.. the larger national and production builders simply wont do it.I had one tenant that was morbidly Obese and basically bed ridden.. but she lived for some years like that I think maybe 5 or so.. it was an old single wide with an addition so I let her do whatever she wanted as when she left it was just going to the dump anyway
