Anyone have feedback on Gerber Viper Toilet?
I have a rental with a morbidly obese tenant. She has clogged the toilet a couple times. My plumber snaked it out and said if it continues to be a problem, I should have it replaced with a Gerber Viper toilet with 3 inch flapper. He said the extra big flapper sends more water down to handle "werewolf sized turds". I told my tenant to either flush twice, once before the paperwork and once after, and/or eat food with less ingredients or throw a salad in the mix.
Does anyone have experience with the Gerber Viper? I'm not a fan of Gerber faucets. Is there a better toilet that can handle this mess? I want something that will last, not need repairs, and not clog so easily.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
