I've never advertised for money, I don't mass market. 

I personally use the mass text capabilities through my Resident RE CRM.However I have a few friends who wholesale and invest and use Mobile Monkey to mass text and from what they say the price is pretty reasonable.

These are being issued by local "nonprofits" who are mass emailing landlords pretending to be section 8 tenants.

Contractor burnout is another concern.Owners like to think it's so easy to just pick up the phone or send a mass email to get contractors beating down their door to give them a bid and hopefully get the job.Doesn't work that way!

Propstream is $197 for 25,000 addresses.so far propstream seems to be the cheapest for mass lookups.

Unique can also mean you only appeal to a smaller niche market as apposed to appealing to the masses. 

Eventually the masses will catch on and then the model is tougher to continue to do. 

BC is not a currency being used by the masses for any reason.Like I said earlier, I remember bitcoin when it first came out & it was still in the single digits per bitcoin.
