So while that's OK if you love a certain charity it really doesn't place you in a better financial position then say an installment sale over time, or a purchase of passive real estate to fund retirement.Although it's morbid to think about - the best way you can maximize your life and your heirs future is to die (holding real estate).

Short example not trying to sound morbid here but i do get calls from 2 local funeral homes .Most do there own in house type financing but occasionally they do run across people that are land rich but don't have a pot to PXXX in , A little help , guidence , and volunteering to others can go a long ways in one day making a deal come together and putting you atop the consideration list when the time comes for the people to sell .

@Yousif AbudraThe way @Kate Johnson described her situation, the only way I can see her doing anything "debt free" is with a money partner - someone who provides all the funding in return for a share of the profit.The whole "debt free" thing is typically an indication of fear or being morbidly risk-averse.

I believe it is a different neurology that is much more sensitive to the toxins in the environment [ causing most of the many co-morbidities that so often accompany it] Though we might agree to disagree on whether autism could or should be cured, we can both agree that you and your wife are doing wonderful things that will help assure your son has a wonderful life.I have the greatest respect for parents like you.I am going to post this, and then come back to finish with what I wanted to say.

They do work, our group right now has identified a policy to purchase which is at a very good discount, however I like for alot of medical conditions to be present such as HIV, Canceran, and certain medications to be prescribed so as to bring alot of co-morbidities in which plays a factor in the mortality rate which makes them suspect to death.
