I may be misunderstanding your question.In an "assumption" (it's an actual banking term with a definition) the bank takes you though the same hoops as if it's a new loan.

@Levi Perl it may just be a misunderstanding that can be clarified but I think 2-3 showings a week is a good amount. 

Not the intention, just being very direct here: I am not going to show those numbers for 2 reasons.1) if I did ( and I would blow you away if I did), it would only cause people to misunderstand what I am trying to teach and 2) I don't have to show you or anyone anything.
