I built an AI Agent that does this, searches google, contacts the vendors, gets availability, gets quotes, handle all back and forth communication, then gets back to me with suggestions, price, reviews and summary of the conversation.So yeah, I am super pumped by AI's application in the field

I already released him from the lease as he was near the end of it anyway but I get the sense that he wants me to pay him back for the time he was there and/or his medical bills.The other thing is he left behind some belongings behind.
