There is not enough meat on the bone to involve an agent or an attorney.  

Spend 2026 stabilizing it as I want something with meat on the bone.

VG  it was my understanding that sub to guys charged 15k .. thats what one BP member told me at the time.. so its hearsay how much they actually wanted for their expertise..

Whereas for me (at this stage of my investing career and my personal life) if a project is profitable and supports my ability to live somewhere with better cost of living and quality of life, the balance between the two can be just as valuable. 

At the time I think he was just trying to keep my business because they were trying to rent it for me at the time.

Today, deals are very tight, not much meat one the bone.
