Perth is hands down a marvellous city.

@Blake Ramsey I am originally from Germany and have often marveled about the pioneering spirit my American friends and a lot of people on BP have.

People are starting to figure out that for a few more dollars, they can have their own little house with a kitchen separate beds, back yard, etc.....And the STR market has been primarily younger folks to this point (in my experience) I'm seeing more and more 50s/60s/70s folks staying at their first STR and marveling at the concept.

Of course, we also plan to add a couple high quality TVs, good furniture, and keep the interior clean.The back yard is marvelous and just about the biggest/nicest in the city.

We marvel at new home owners that spend 25k on a window set, and then another 10k to cover them.

I still marvel when I come across her in the forums!
