I sure would hate for some drug addict to come at you with a dirty needle, an alcoholic boyfriend take the pistol to you, and then we all see your blurred body, with the cameras zoomed on in your bloody, lifeless foot on an episode of First 48.I had a boyfriend get loud with my property manager on my last eviction, and this wasn't even a desperate squatter that broke in. 

Absolutely nothing evoked any emotion out of me.. looks dull and lifeless.    

This gives a record of their conduct and in the event of trouble, past police reports will be very useful.So, in the worst case, when they find your dead, lifeless body, the Police will at least have "a person of interest."

I don’t know man, I love long term holds and equity pay down but even 500/mo—which is great—isn’t going to equal the TAX EXEMPT sale of your condo for 20 years, never mind assessments, tax increases etc.Feels like getting a chunk of cash in an environment where a savings account gets you 5% (coincidentally about the same 6K a year) gives you a lot more investment options, increases your safety net, and makes your life less stressful at a time where that’s valuable.

I would rather go through my life less a couple hundred bucks then to know I took it personally and hurt somebody bc they owed me money.. 

My Goal is to become FI and either retire early or live life less stressed.

Then we liberal Democrats can step over their inconsequential, lifeless party and put through the single payer system we ought to have now.So, I am officially giving up.

I've thought of this many times but partnerships seem to have problems that really can make life less fun.
