Try not to get overwhelmed as there’s a lot of information on BP and many avenues within real estate investing.When I was starting out, I was interested in so many strategies, but I discovered that I did my best when I focused on one or two and really built my knowledge around them.

The forums on here are such a great way to get great free knowledge.

The remaining “residual” cost is then assigned to the building itself.

Your knowledge in construction, design, and different strategies will be a big help to the community.

-A water heater issue resulted in repeated mismanagement—confusing unit assignments—leading to extra costs to fix the same issue 3 times and on each occasion "more fixes" needed to the water heaters that I plumber said was needed.
