I would first look at a place where you can transfer job wise that makes the most sense.

However, I live close-by (30 minute drive), recently retired from my day-job, and if the loan is not too large, I might be willing to do a deal just to learn a bit more about another side of RE.  

I had to remind them a few times of deadlines but they did a good job overall.

This gives them plenty of time to search the market.
