I've received apps in the past where this was the exact situation only for the borrower to not qualify and be stuck. 

You don’t need them and you don’t need an app.

From what I can tell with all the research I’ve done I need to set up the app on my phone (to see the video) while in close proximity to the camera to connect.

It is digitally monitored so they always know the level and so do I with the app.

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

I do recommend on higher end properties adding TV channels and Spectrum has a live TV stream app (no more boxes, I also imagine other cable providers so as well).

Might take a few months for the new address to show up on those apps.

Look at the Meet Up app for other groups. 

I also can see on apps early on if have a dangerous breed and can put those apps in back of the pile rather then it being a surprise later on.
