The question is how do I pose it to them without sounding like "you're a slumlord and I don't want you bringing crime to my neighborhood" (for the record, there was SWAT intervention for heroine 2 weeks ago at 5 Am)...and this is in a relatively quiet, small town suburb of Pittsburgh!

They’ve secured low rates and rapid equity increases due to the last few years of Fed/gov intervention.   

@Robert MendenhallWhat I would recommend is getting data on the historical appreciation over that are over the last 30-40 years and also look at taking out the last five years as that was an anomaly due to intervention.

It will also open the door for more government intervention, laws, ordinances, and regulation.

Educating yourself on the various types of social service interventions that may be possible would be a good idea.

Better income, less turnover, and less government intervention is my kind of business :)

An accepted/established practice that is shaken up by government ruling/intervention during an age like this has the potential to be path altering.

If that would happen, that would be against the BP rules because you would talk about a project without disclosing that you'd get paid by a third party if I were to buy as a result of your intervention.
