Replaced microwave, dishwasher, washer for roughly $1450 including electrical work.If you’re a property manager, it is not worth your time to have to chase down appliance repairs unnecessarily.

This portion did not include your previous comment, where you unnecessarily threaten REIPro, nor did it include the actual reason you were denied access to your account in the first place.

Still, defaulting to Safe Harbor results in many business owners missing huge tax deductions and/or unnecessarily over-contributing to employees. 

I have never used 1800Accountant, but I have successfully converted their former customers to my practice.They are incredibly expensive, my clients were never sure about what was going on, and they unnecessarily complicated reporting and transaction in order to (in my opinion) make it seem like the clients were getting value for their money.  

Seems unnecessarily risky...

If the copper makes you feel better then use it, plumbers in my area pipe their own houses in pex and only care for copper because they make more on material upcharge and labor to install.As a side note- acidic water breaks down copper, which ingesting can cause health issues, and can cause pinholes in copper piping.

My rule of thumb was to not alarm the buyer unnecessarily...no point to it and unprofessional.

I'll do it in about 6 months once I have a foothold in NC.Yeah, I learned the hardway by spending money unnecessarily on this kind of stuff lol 

It IS confusing for travelers and unnecessarily limiting.
