Hey guys,Long story short, I finally find a property that will work for by business, but as is the norm (in my experience) with Commercial RE, the seller is an old inflexible guy that wants it quick and easy.

I am glad I am not so rigid and inflexible as some of you on here, I can imagine you all are a hoot to be around.

Anna, you'll find that refinancing properties is actually a relatively inflexible field.

I've talked to bigger banks and they could do refinance one by one which takes time and money and inflexible.

I have been a professional programmer - - and I can make the reports appear as I please.The problem with  software is its inflexible - - it's built to solve ONE problem and sometimes not all that well.Finding Properties??

No room for lazy thinking.The funny thing is, I came to real estate seeking opportunity in "alternative investments", figuring I was thinking outside the box (and the equity cycle) - and I've ended up thinking in inflexible terms about the primacy of cashflow off a 4-plex with a conforming 30-year mortgage (I do think a short-term or ARM is imprudent, given the macroeconomics of the interest rate situation).I don't think being data-driven means I need to be close-minded.

The Right is completely ideological and inflexible, and they're willing to screw this country over in order get their way -- they've proven over the past 3 years that they care more about themselves and their big business cronies than they do about the American people.Obama, on the other hand, is more flexible and pragmatic, but doesn't have the political prowess to actually accomplish anything in the face of the brick wall the Republicans have set up in Congress.

Sure, it's a collection device... but it's also inflexible and doesn't take into account the profitability of other transactions.

A reasonable consideration and back and forth is fine but total inflexibility is going to continue and it irritates me.

Either she signs your new M2M lease or she leaves the property and you find a better tenant.Take action, make inflexible demands and  never allow a tenant to control your business.
