Notwithstanding my primary business, my real estate goal right now is acquiring and investing in four-plexes in the Anchorage/Wasilla area that can be utilized as transitional living residences.There’s a significant need for quality housing for individuals re-entering society after incarceration, and I believe a stable living environment can play a key role in rehabilitation.

You want both individuals listed as tenants, meaning they occupy the rental and they are 100% financially responsible.
