Excited to Connect with Fellow Investors – Anchorage, AK

Hey everyone!

My name is Trent Zachgo, and I’m based in Anchorage, Alaska. While my background is primarily in the automotive industry—managing operations, logistics, and problem-solving— I own a business here in Anchorage that is working on securing an 18,000 sq. ft. warehouse in order to provide Commissary Supply services to the Department of Corrections.

I’ve been actively focused on real estate investing since 2020. Notwithstanding my primary business, my real estate goal right now is acquiring and investing in four-plexes in the Anchorage/Wasilla area that can be utilized as transitional living residences.

There’s a significant need for quality housing for individuals re-entering society after incarceration, and I believe a stable living environment can play a key role in rehabilitation. There are also state and federal programs available to help fund bed spaces, making this not only a meaningful investment but also a profitable one. I’m currently looking to work with organizations like Partners for Progress to provide housing solutions for their clients on a monthly basis.

Beyond that, I have a special needs brother in Fairbanks who requires a better living situation. Long-term, I’d like to acquire a property in Fairbanks designed for individuals like him who need higher-quality living arrangements and support.

I’m here to connect with other investors, learn from those who’ve successfully navigated similar opportunities, and exchange insights on structuring deals, securing funding, and managing rental operations. If you have experience with transitional housing, four-plex investing, or the Anchorage/Wasilla market, I’d love to connect.

Looking forward to engaging with the community!

Cheers,

-Trent
