Do you have an inspector come out the property every time or can we use app to confirm work has been completed?

I'm 20 minutes North of Indianapolis.

Both are near Indianapolis.

Drove to Indianapolis and met the entire team while vetting out the assets. 

Daniel,If its something you really like from all accounts, get with an inspector and property manager to give their thoughts on the area, condition of the property etc...

I am looking for any investors, flippers, and investor friendly agents that are plugged into this specific sub-market of Indianapolis. 

A buddy of mine up in Omaha once inherited a tenant who refused to let inspectors through the door.. ended up pushing back renovations for a month and racking up costs like you wouldn’t believe.
