I've done a bunch of mortgages for the formerly incarcerated; we don't document it anywhere in the loan file (so there's no good stats on it), but they disclose it to me in the form of "hey Chris I have a record, I did [crime here], is that going to be a problem?"

I'm up to the letter "C" and I already have 2 former renters that are incarcerated.

I just went through it with one of my deals were my Seller was incarcerated for failure to pay child support. 

The primary focus for court activities at the moment appears to be actions involving the incarcerated due to obvious constitutional concerns. 

They have to be busy as they just keep letting the incarcerated out :)I'm continuing with an addition me, myself & my maintenance guy.

I and my fellow Sunshine State citizens join the rest of the country in their "voluntary" incarceration.  

I use the following wording:Should tenant become deceased, incapacitated, incarcerated, or otherwise unable to remove their belongings from the premises, tenant gives owner full authority to turn over these belongings to: (Name), (Relationship).

To make things more complicated she thinks that he is incarcerated and we have to close before the house goes to auction.
