Why do some people think that their infamy make them more important than any other human?

It just takes me for a loop that some humans can be this irresponsible but ai digress. 

We also have VA's as part of human in the loop support team to follow-up with homeowners and investors.  

-Build a strong network in Detroit of real humans over a period of months, buy a better deal, hold it for 10+ years, weather early storms:  better chance for success.Even on that latter deal though, are you going to cash flow in month 1 or year 1 or even year 5? 

This is something I try to live by and teach my kids if I can - "A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly.

Human nature I guess..

It’s a remarkable story of resilience and pushing the limits of the human mind.

Yes well defined rule are very important and help but these are humans were talking about so you have to go deeper then that and consider that human aspect for community/shared spaces. 

But this is why, end of day, humans are needed for on-the-fly adjustments, management, and troubleshooting.
