Now the seller has been admitted into the hospital as of this afternoon and is not answering the wholesaler.

The property is in a great location,  close to stores, restaurants, fair grounds, freeway access, and less than a mile from hospital.

Three Insurance (another Berkshire company) would also have written a policy if we had three years of hospitality experience. 

Sorry for the slow response had a wedding to prepare for at my house and just in recovery after being in the hospital.

To reiterate, that's not what everyone is looking for out of their investment, but clients that embrace their hospitality business have been highly successful. 

Everything around the lot is older but the neighborhood is less than 5 minutes away from downtown, hospital and colleges. see this all the time in and around downtown columbus OH, we have frindge areas that are getting rehabbed and flipped like crazy and then the new builds come in.

You also don't need to do a traditional long term strategy, is there a draw the  area that playing host to a traveling nurse or other professional/student would be interested?
