Getting into these properties as a non occupant coborrower (all the money invested to get in was mine) was a less cash heavy way to get into the properties versus as an investor.I already have great equity in these properties and prices continue to up.Sounds like, so far, the consensus is to sell the properties and roll the money into other non-condo units.

I didn't even realize they had originally purchased the parcel I have the tax deed to until the heavy equipment showed up which made me look closer at deeds for sales in the area and discovered my parcel listed on the other property's deed.This is my first tax certificate/tax deed so I'm not sure what comes next.

We have a completely flip flop from past years- We are getting heavy bookings from VRBO v Air in the past, who knows with these platforms, the only thing that's guaranteed is that they will make changes on what will line their and their shareholders pockets and pivot if it doesn't..
