When you're wearing that boring Broker hat you should take your boys outside and teach them how mowing the lawn works here in Ohio.That will only lead the team to start posting and replying on Greener Pockets so maybe that's not the best idea.

Its truly the most illogical and inequitable thing on the planet. 

My reason for joining this team is because i am ready to achieve what I have been put on this planet to do and that is to help people who are struggling but, I cannot do that without a team and resources to help me along the way.

Theres nothing like it on the planet.

There is no paperwork on the planet where I would allow the current homeowner to live in the property after I buy it and also be renovating it.MY suggestion would be to push the closing two months until they are ready to move out, and tell them that.

(Now that is a financial goal on another planet from replacing your working income and retiring to plunge toilets for a bunch of Class C people who've never held a job in their life)
