The challenge then is still sounding cordial and trustworthy, but also calm and professional.Most people don't have the intestinal fortitude to make 10,000 cold calls, which is why only a few succeed while the rest give up after a couple dozen rejections.

Just like everyone wishes they bought after the dot com bubble, after the financial crisis....5 years from now everyone will be kicking themselves that they didnt have the fortitude to buy during the coronavirus crisis.

And the greatest opportunities tend to come in down markets if you have cash and/or the ability and fortitude to buy at the right price.

But that is an awful lot of smarts and fortitude that you are requiring of the average lower class person to overcome their class of birth.

It's the road less traveled so you'll want to make sure that you have the right mental fortitude to make it happen for yourself but it's more possible than people our age have been led to believe by advertising a schools.

Before jumping in you really need to decide your area of investing. how much do you want to put in ... time, energy, mental fortitude (the 3 "t's"  tenants, toilets and turnover). a REIA club will help you with that. freebie seminars will help you as well.... if you learn one thing that will help you avoid mistakes, money left of table, it's worth it.
