Hey folks,Posting here because I couldn’t find a recent (past two year) answer about using Fannie Mae / FHA 203k etc loans for a house hack in DFW.

Less than 10 minutes and they are done.Self Managed, Low Volume - these folks collect the same rent every month, have minimal expenses beyond their mortgage and find it very easy to collect the few documents they have to report it. 

I will go see samples but figured you folks could give a definitive thumbs down if this is just today's version of cheap linoleum.

I have clients doing 1 a quarter thats about the slowest to others that will go on a mini tear and I will help them buy 5 or 6 over a 45 day period then they go to work.But generally my busy folks will do 15 to 30 plus a year..

Unfortunately, this is generally catered more towards folks that don't know, don't care or too focused on a few bucks. 

I also saw a lot of folks living in Uhauls and vans. 

I know a few folks who are in the 506 Investor Group that have great things to say about it.
