It's a one-off situation that I'd run up my legal flagpole for sure. 

No one qualifies you in 1 to 2 days without looking at the property or an appraisal.. they are counting on beginners to simply not know what they dont know. and we are fortunate on BP that these folks will run this up the BP flag pole so they dont get taken. 

I'll run this up the flagpole again and see if anyone salutes...Armstrong floor tiles and sanded wood (where it can be salvaged).

Friends and friends of friends.Run it up the flag pole with timed appropriately question- would you know anyone interested...If so, be members of an LLC.

It was accepted by underwriting and we completed the refinance.I believe you can do this in this way, just run it up the flag pole prior to doing anything so you know if there are any hurdles for you to get around prior to executing any documents.I hope this helps? 

Our title agent tracked down some heirs and satisfied themselves to cover it with title insurance after running it up the flagpole to the mgr.

Not make unauthorized alterations, climb ladder/roofs, paint/wallpaper, change fixtures, install flag poles, or run dangerous equipment.

I am guessing they just sent it up the flag pole just to see if I would accept it - but I will not.
