As far as property management that's easy.

I'm currently under contract for a piece of land with an off-grid cabin - doing as a land loan.

I suspect even the banks who are aggressively expanding are doing so merely to sure up their geographical presence  to in order to expand their customer base but will then pull back on their branch numbers.Unless there is significant term remaining on the lease, there are other retail concepts that would be deemed more marketable.

As far as "Q" homes that was my mistake it's actually KEU Homes.

I would be very interested in the person’s contact information that does Pad split in this geographical area. :)

The next two were so far out in the weeds there was nothing for a Realtor to do anywhere in the process.

While I think neighborhood farming is a good idea, I'd say instead of doing it geographically, think about who is most likely to move in your community.
